  I give this restaurant two-stars simply on performance of the operations of this shift. It really sucks because the waitress was excellent.
  For a while, this location has been the best place to bring a family of five or more and their service was exceptional.
  Our server Mia was without regard, absolutely wonderful. She paid attention to the details of our order and input the order as given. The medium well steak needs some extreme help. First steak was over cooked to burnt and the second steak was undercooked which left me without a steak to enjoy. The steak was taken off but I remain hungry while my family enjoyed their food.
  Operations: after speaking with the shift manager nothing changed and general manager failed to realize that they too are associates and they can provide assistance where needed. As I type this comment, numerous guest can see the leadership staff leaning on counters and the other simply acted liking it was his first day on the job.
  Mia as our waitress did not have assistance simply because "the other associates shifts did not start til 4:00pm." The section we were seating in had six tables occupied including ours and Mia simply could not have done it all alone. One waitress after another came in very hesitant and clearly showed a sense of carelessness to be at work.
  All in all, the service from the waitress was outstanding and Mia held her tongue having little to no help and remained calm.
  The shift manager and general manager must correct their attitudes as the faces of this Applebee's before a guest's experience becomes worst than mine. I'm sure they won't hold their tongue as long as I did.
  Try it out but keep your mouth closed if the service nor food is not to your liking. Thanks
